New Students

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Whether it's your very first yoga class or you've been practicing for years, we're so glad you're here. Our goal is to make your first visit feel easy, welcoming, and stress-free. Below you'll find everything you need to know before stepping into the studio.

First Visit

We want your first visit to be relaxed and enjoyable. A few simple tips will help you get the most out of your experience.

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class.

• Check in at the front desk before entering the studio.

• If you're pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical concerns, please let your instructor know before class begins.

• To provide a peaceful, uninterrupted experience, the studio doors may be locked once class starts.

What to Bring

Bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • A reusable water bottle
  • A towel (recommended for heated classes)

Unlimited Members receive one complimentary towel with every class.

A filtered water bottle filling station is available in the studio, so feel free to bring your favorite reusable bottle.

Need something? Mats, towels, water, and other essentials are available for purchase.

Studio Amenities

To help you plan your visit:

  • One restroom is available for all guests.
  • We do not have showers.
  • We do not have changing rooms, so we recommend arriving dressed for class.
  • A filtered water bottle filling station is available, so bring your favorite reusable bottle.
  • Lockers are available for shoes, bags, coats, and personal belongings.

Studio Etiquette

Our studio is designed to be a calm, welcoming space where everyone can fully disconnect and enjoy their practice. Thank you for helping us create that experience.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the yoga studio.
  • Only yoga equipment belongs inside the yoga room. Please leave shoes, bags, coats, and other personal belongings in the lobby or lockers.
  • Silence your phone before class. If you're on call or expecting an emergency, let your instructor know before class begins.
  • Quiet conversation is welcome in the lobby. Once you enter the yoga room, please keep voices low so everyone has an opportunity to settle into their practice.
  • Once class begins, the yoga room becomes a quiet space. Please refrain from talking unless there is an emergency.
  • Please do not bring gum into the yoga studio.
  • Out of consideration for members with fragrance sensitivities, please avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes.

Heated Class Tips

If you're new to heated yoga, remember that it's completely normal to take breaks. Listening to your body is part of a strong yoga practice.

  • Stay hydrated before, during, and after class.
  • Child's Pose is always encouraged.
  • If you begin feeling lightheaded or dizzy, first sit or lie quietly on your mat and allow your body a moment to recover.
  • If you continue to feel unwell, quietly step out of the room. You can return if and when you feel ready.
  • Never feel embarrassed to rest. Every body and every practice is different.
