More Than a Yoga Studio
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Natosha.
I'm a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, and yoga instructor who believes movement has the power to change not only how we feel physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
Before opening Flow Power Yoga, I taught heated yoga in Los Angeles at CorePower Yoga and Hot 8 Yoga, where I had the opportunity to teach students from every walk of life—including celebrities, professional athletes, complete beginners, and experienced yogis.
Alongside my years in healthcare, those experiences shaped the way I teach today: with thoughtful guidance, encouragement, and the belief that every person deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and successful.
I created Flow Power Yoga to bring that same elevated, boutique experience to Utah, and I can't wait to welcome you into the studio.
Designed to Feel Different
Every Body Welcome. Every Body Supported.
Yoga isn't about being flexible or looking a certain way—it's about showing up exactly as you are.
Whether it's your first class, you're recovering from an injury, or you're looking to deepen your practice, you'll find encouragement, thoughtful modifications, and a community that's genuinely happy you're here.
We Can't Wait to Welcome You
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a practice you already love, we're honored to be part of your journey.
We can't wait to welcome you into the Flow Power Yoga community.
